I read an order yesterday, it went like this:
Consult Physical Therapy
Please Walk Patient.
Please Ambulate Patient
What's the difference? I don't think there is one. But the MD repeated it in his/her note too. Dunno. Thought it was interesting/funny. Thought I'd share.
